One Piece Film: Red Coming to Philippine Cinemas
One of the most awaited anime movies this 2022 will be storming Philippine cinemas this September. One Piece Film: Red will be one of the biggest films out of 14 other films of One Piece released so far. From the time the film was announced, fans all over the world are excited and wondered when it will be released. A large part of Filipinos are fans of the anime and are long anticipating the day it will premier. Regarding this, there was an announcement recently released by the management.
As per the announcement, One Piece Film: Red will be available at SM Cinemas this coming September 2022. Initially, they will be a fan event which is a scheduled screening that is set way earlier than the general public premiere. Because it is set earlier and due to the presence of distributor-produced novelties, ticket prices for fan screenings are much more expensive than regular screenings.

ODEX Philippines announced on their officiall facebook page that One Piece Film: Red will be released on September 22.
The film was first announced on November 21, 2021, in commemoration of Episode 1000's release. Eiichiro Oda will serve as a general producer and supervisor for the film. The film will involve Shanks and introduce a major new female character: his estranged daughter Uta. Later, the announcement about the voice actresses of the major character was revealed together with a video clip of the song.
